  3. Account Usage

    • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
    • Sharing accounts is prohibited.

  4. Services Provided

    • Access to high-quality lessons, live classes, pre-recorded content, and other educational resources.
    • Transcended Institute reserves the right to update or discontinue any course or service without prior notice.

  5. Payments and Subscriptions

    • All courses and memberships must be paid for in full before access is granted.
    • Subscription plans will auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

  6. Ambassador Program Overview

    At Transcended Institute, our Knowledge Ambassadors are individuals who promote our video lesson platform and assist students with registration. They are trained to provide accurate information and support throughout the enrollment process.

    Payment and Trust Policy

    • Official Payments Only: All course payments must be made directly through our secure website. Ambassadors are not authorized to accept payments in any form.
    • Transparency: Students are encouraged to explore our Terms & Conditions and YouTube content to build trust and verify our platform’s quality.
    • Policy Violations: Any ambassador found accepting payments or providing misleading information will face immediate contract termination.

  7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

    Refund Policy

    We strive to ensure customer satisfaction, but refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

    1. Pre-recorded Courses:
      • Refunds are available if requested within 7 days of purchase and no more than 10% of the course has been accessed or downloaded.
    2. Live Sessions:
      • Full refunds are available if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the session starts.
    3. Technical Issues:
      • If technical difficulties on our platform prevent you from accessing purchased content, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours, a full refund will be provided.

    Refunds are processed within 7 business days, minus any applicable transaction fees.

    Cancellation Policy

    • You may cancel subscriptions or course enrollments at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected].
    • Cancellations before the start of a course may be eligible for a refund as per the above policy.
    • Cancellations after the course or session has begun will not be refunded.

  8. Code of Conduct

    • Users must respect instructors, staff, and other participants during live sessions or community interactions.
    • Disruptive, abusive, or unethical behavior will result in removal from the session without refund.

  9. Intellectual Property

    • All course materials, videos, and content are the intellectual property of Transcended Institute.
    • Downloading Videos using unauthorized means is illegal. All culprits shall have their Subscriptions and Accounts terminated without a refund.
    • Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or resale of materials is strictly prohibited.

  11. Limitation of Liability

    • Transcended Institute is not liable for any interruptions, inaccuracies, or damages caused by your use of the platform.
